Permenant Link To: FREE RSS Webinar - Today At 2:00 PM EST

Sorry I didn't get this out sooner.

I'll be giving a free RSS Webinar (slides, audio, video, whiteboard) today at 2:00 P.M. EST.

The title of my presentation is: 10 Questions You Need Answered About RSS.

My job is to provide the answers!

The questions are:

  • What Is RSS?
  • How Do I Use It (As A User)?
  • What Can I Do With RSS (As A User)?
  • Why Should I Be Interested In RSS (As A Publisher)?
  • How Do I Create An RSS Feed?
  • What Kind Of Content Can I Deliver Using RSS?
  • How Can I Promote My RSS Content?
  • Can I Track My Results When Delivering RSS Content?
  • How Can I Profit From RSS?
  • Where Can I Learn More About RSS?

If your new to RSS, or have been using it for a while and are wanting to pick up some great new ideas, join me.

There will be a Q&A after my presentation, so bring your questions and chime in.

How?

Here are the instructions you need to get going:

  1. Go to http://www.FREEdownload.MasterListBuilder.com to grab the Webinar software you'll need
  2. Click on "Create MasterListBuilder.com Account" and Click "Next Step" (No need for a number)
  3. Fill out the form
  4. Install it immediately
  5. Use it, test it and play with it.
  6. About 10 minutes prior to the start of the Webinar, fire up the software
  7. After it finishes loading, click the link that appears in the middle of the screen and enter the Dial-up lobby (yes, this works for dial-up users)
  8. Once in the Dial-up lobby, look for the Webcam icon on the top-left corner of the interface. Double-click it to enter the Webinar room where my presentation will be held

There will be other presenters (discussing other topics based around Internet marketing), starting at 1:00 EST, in case you'd like to catch them as well.

See you there!

Hey Sharon,

Thanks so much for adding the announcement to your site!

I'll try to give a bit more of an advanced notice next time. :)

I hope FeedForAll is going great for you. For the task of strictly creating feeds, I've not seen anything better.

Best,

Derek

Hey Derek,

I'm on a Mac, I would like to find out more about the info you are sharing. Are there notes that you can post? I've just begun to look into blogging for the company I work for as well as my own private companies. I have found that the basics are out there, but many times are not in the same place. So, I have to search in several places to find all the info I need. What you are offering seems very well rounded. That said, any ideas for someone on a Mac?

Posting Guidelines - Please Follow The Rules!

I am happy to provide this commenting feature to enable discussion of the articles posted. In fact, I appreciate and encourage you to participate.

Like everything else I put my name on, I hold this site to a very high standard. What you say in your comments reflect indirectly on me. Therefore, please be aware of the following guidelines/rules for posting your thoughts.

After familiarizing yourself, please post away! :)

Keep it Clean.
Foul and offensive language is not only moronic and childish, but any posts containing it WILL be deleted!
Play Nice.
Posts containing personal attacks of any kind will be deleted. If you disagree with someone's opinion, provide an opposing one, without attacking the person. For example, "Derek, your stance on eating doughnuts will harm future generations." Not, "Derek, you're an idiot, and your stance on eating doughnuts is the dumbest thing I've ever heard..."
Religion and Politics .
Once again, since this site carries my name, posts containing religious and/or political views (nice or not) will be deleted.
Stay on Topic - Where Possible.
I know it's easy to get off on another tangent, and it's not really that big of a deal, but try to confine your comments to the discussion at hand. :)
Add Value.
If you're going to say something, please make it as useful as you can.
Ownership.
By choosing to post here, you understand that as owner of this site, I reserve the right to freely make use of the content within your comment, without first obtaining your permission. Otherwise, comment content belongs to its perspective poster.
